What is the definition of workplace bullying?

Workplale bullying means threatning the employee by the employer by using various means such as use of verbal abuse,intimidating or humiliating behavior, including offensive jokes,interference with the victim’s work that is unrelated to the employer’s legitimate business interests, or cyberbullying or any other means which suits for bullying.

 Wheter workplace bullying is illegal legal in California?

Workplace bullying is actually legal in California but only a sensitive bullying and it is for the purpose to acheive the company's targets.However certain forms of abusive conduct can be illegal under California law. There is no California statute allowing employees to sue their employers and/or coworkers over cases of bullying at work.

Also, employees who are victims of workplace bullying may have a legal right to compensation if the bullying crosses the line into workplace harassment. 

What are my rights if any employee experience bullying at work?
